Bay Embroidery was started in 2008 to service the needs of the local community. Since this date the company has striven to create a service different from the other embroidery companies out there.
We have various styles of T-shirt, polo shirt, sweatshirt, corporate wear, leisurewear, bags, accessories etc which can be embroidered with your company name or logo. We also sell alternatives such as sublimation printing and vinyls.
For multi coloured logos, we use print and cut vinyl which is produced in house at our premises in Herne Bay, Kent. We prepare the artwork for your logo / text and send you an electronic proof of your garment before it goes into production. This initial set up is all FREE of charge.
For garments that are just being printed in a single colour, we cut the coloured vinyl on a plotting machine. This is then heat pressed to your garment.

Embroidery is the most popular form of garment customisation for work and club wear as it presents such a professional image. Bay Embroidery, provides a FREE digitising service, which most companies in our industry charge for. Digitisation is the process which prepares your logo to be embroidered onto your chosen garments in the correct format, colours and stitch by our machines.
The first time you order with us, we will digitise your logo and produce a proof of this on a felt swatch, so you can check that everything is correct before your clothing is produced. Your files are then kept for future orders so this process does not have to be repeated.
Once you have approved your proof, garments are framed and made ready to go on our embroidery machines. Each garment takes from 1 minute upwards depending on the complexity and stitch count of the design. Once complete, your garments are prepared for dispatch or collection from our premises.
